WOW Julie! Is this early for you or not? Some winters we don't get any snow over here, at least in the South West, except last year! (-: I bet Evie is a happy bunny down there in sunny bama! (-:

Julie you have to use some imagination but if you look at that snow kissed flower just right it looks like Winslow's little face. Start with the brown nose and look over to the left at Winslow and back to the flower! And I will enjoy your country bit of snow, I am not ready just yet!

What?! Oh dear. Stay warm, Julie!
Was there enough to cover the ground and scare the chickens?
Last year when it snowed so much here, the chickens would just stand inside the coop door and peek out, afraid to touch the white stuff. lol

Thank you Patti. Jenny we have received snow as early as October, this morning it was fine while flakes falling.Really to early for me, however it did put me in the mood to attend a Christmas craft open house.RR yup Winslow Homer alright, how funny. Dani, The heat lamp is working overtime for those girl's of mine. I did let them out for a good leg and wing stretch. After an hour all came home but two buffs. Doned in orange as it is hunting season here, I found them in the woods and lugged them home. Our 27 acres is posted, but one never knows. I may have to make little orange vests for those girl's of mine.

Hi,
I just found your blog and was so surprised to see your post about the North Gorham !! It is one of our Halloween traditions too. I always try to take night time pics(which never capture the magic of the place) but never thought to take some daytime pics.
Are you in Gorham too? It's great to find another Maine blogger.
