Julie,

Your house is so warm, cozy and inviting! Charming country style decorating, and there's that darned pickle I keep hearing about. Does everyone have a pickle????

If that isn't the perfect Christmas tree I don't know what is. I'll bet it smells wonderful!

Having a pickle hidden on the Christmas tree brings good luck. I also have a tiny pickle. When my boys were young our tradition was who ever discovered the tiny pickle was honored with an extra treat. I miss those days.

Beautiful cozy country home! Your tree is lovely, too - I never had a pickle - I need one - will go to Hobby Lobby at lunch today and see if they have pickles. haha!

Some day I would love to travel to your part of the world, it is just beautiful and so different than the landscape of New England.

I would love to travel to your world. I'm hoping we can get to see your world now that Evan is living in New York State.

A very pretty merry Christmas tour! And a very pretty tree. I am such a lover of blown glass ornaments and the snow covered little house is sweet, do I see a squirrel hanging there? Darling. I have been on a hunt for blown glass this season. Not much luck locally. I worked in a small gift shop quite a few years when we were in St. Lou and the Christmas pickles flew out the door, we couldn't keep them in stock. The hearth crickets were the same way! The snow couple seem very happy on that chair, although Mrs. Snowlady seems to be looking at the Mr. with a little attitude!
