This is the blog of an Island girl who married a country boy. A girl who's always longed for a farm and a menagerie of animals. Watch and read as the dream begins to unfold.
hahaha...my first thought was, "hey, wait a minute...you just had umpteen million inches of snow...how could you get tulips from that?" But, I read on and saw how that happened...what a very nice and thoughtful husband you have! And, by the way, the tulips are beautiful!
how thoughtful of him and i know the gift is well deserved! :) they are lovely on your table julie and yes, sunday was a good day although a bit gloomy but that is fine, all of us are healthy and happy so life is good on the farm!

They are beautiful. I agree with you. Someone gave me a bundle of pink tulips last week and it improved my mood every time I looked at them.
Oh I love Tulips! How beautiful. When I lived in Northern Wyoming I had tulips all along the side of my house. What a happy surprise!
It is amazing how a simple tulip lifts our spirts on a cold and blustery New England day. What a thoughtful husband
