ANOTHER YEAR OLDER~

Another year older...how fast time flies...I simply cannot fathom that I am in my fifties...FIFTIES...how in the world did that happen...new wrinkles, grey in my hair...
some mornings I scare myself by just looking in the mirror...and exactly where did these old lady hands come from?...and who is this " Ole Granny" my son's are constantly referring to?......Truthfully, I am most grateful for the life I lead, my family, and all the wonderful blessings God has given me...it is true with age comes wisdom, I am wise enough to realize that I am a very lucky gal...Travis Lloyd shall keep  me young in spirit...but doing nothing for my lower back...
and with that I shall blow out my candles and indulge in  a very large slice of cake...Have a lovely day, Julie...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Julie, I hope that your special day is filled with joy and gratitude for all the great gifts God had given you throughout all these years. It takes a long time to grow wise.
Travis is a lucky little guy to have you as a grandmother.

Enjoy your slice of birthday cake.
Hugs,
JB

Happy Birthday!! I hope you had a perfect day - cake for every meal, Travis bouncing on your knee, and Winslow Homer curled up by your feet.

Happy Birthday! And it isn't the years but what you've done with them and look at that baby Travis sitting up all by himself! Adorable!

Have a happy day. Yep, I think that every time I remember how old I am. I am so glad for babies that I think really are the fountain of youth.
Lovely pictures of him today.

Seems I'm usually late wishing you a happy birthday. Know with Travis in hand it was probably better than usual.
About the back - I'll share my yoga tapes.

Happy Birthday Julie, Travis is the only child that I think is as beautiful as my grandchildren! I have 3 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. I will be hitting the big 60 in May and I am terrified that my oldest grandson (16) will be driving.

A belated very 'Happy Birthday'! I wish I was still in my fifties, I'm 66 now and have no idea how I reached this age, I don't feel as though I've been around that long:):) Like you I'm wise enough to know that I'm lucky to have a loving family, good friends and good health and I wish the same for you.

Hi Julie, I just had to come by again and say that I felt just like you when I looked in the mirror, as if my wrinkles just happened overnight, lol.

The new glasses really made me see them for what they are. Rays of old age. Gee, I think that I just coined this phrase because I never heard this before, lol.

I'm impresses at my wisdom, lol....
Merry Christmas Julie and Enjoy that little man.
Hugs,
JB
