Oh love me some Pansy`s Julie, so pretty.....Lucky you to hear that wonderful sound of peepers....snow falling here tonight.....Hugs Francine.
I love hearing the peepers!
Love the brilliant orange!
I love to go to sleep to the music of the frog orchestra in our ponds!
I hope that hearing the peepers in your area is a sure sign that spring has sprung. In our area, if we have a warm evening in the middle of the winter the peepers can be heard. I guess they're easily fooled! It has been slower to warm up here also though and people can hardly wait for warmer weather to come.

Oh those frilly perty little pansy faces are such a delightful sight in the spring.
I haven't heard the peepers at night yet . It shouldn't be long now.
Have a great weekend.

A wonderful sign of Spring - I love the sleigh bells sound of the peepers. I'll have to listen for some around here - it's rarer these days, sadly.

PS - I'll bet the skunk cabbage is up in the woods, too.

Love the pansies and like Earlene said, they can handle some snow. I don't think spring is coming to northern Ohio this year. I just hope we don't go straight to summer.
Hugs :)

You have peepers?!!! We don't have peepers yet!! How'd that happen? Enjoy your weekend Julie.
Back in 1983 I believe we had a snowstorm in May. We usually don't do our planters until Memorial Day weekend. The pansies are so pretty at the garden shops though, I usually buy a flat and spread them around the inside of the house.
Spring is just around the corner, I just know it. :)
Isn't it wonderful!!! I love watching mother nature wake up after a long winter's nap!!!
Have a great weekend!!!
It's raining here!

What pretty flowers. I love spring!
I do love the peepers. We went away for the weekend and while we were gone the peepers arrived. I love going out to do a last check on my barn in the evening and hearing that cheery sound! Beautiful pansy pic!
Oh loving the peepers here too, an I DID break down and buy pansies the other day and plant them despite our fickle New England weather. Actually the colorful johnny jump ups. I bought planted and blogged about ... as they as pretty tough little buggers lol Love having some color in the garden.
Just dropped by to see what's new. Missing your posts!
