I hope that your Sadie Mae has been found. Have you looked in sheds in your neighbourhood? I lost a cat named Kitty once and she was in a locked shed. She snucked in there when no one was looking and the door had been left opened for a little while. The door was closed and she was missing for almost three days.
Thank goodness I needed something in the shed and heard her cry.

I had the same thing happen to our cat. He get's into everything and wandered in our shed. We eventually heard him meow.
Hope you find Sadie!!! She looks too big for the hawk to carry off.
