September arrives ...this day is hot
the air thick with humidity...
but, we know it won't be long now...the signs are subtle... soon Fall will arrive with all it's brilliance...those dreamy golden days... just warm enough with nights crisp and cool...
color will abound as far as the eye can see...
yellow...
orange...reds...
these are the days I have patiently been waiting for...dreaming about...

Those are some gorgeous photos!! I like fall, but I dread winter, so it seems I have a love/hate attitude toward it.
Great Fall pics and it has finally cooled off her today.
We are getting ready to go out in out little rowboat and bronging a thermos of coffee to enjoy.

not me...i want summer to last longer....hahahaha, just kidding!!! i actually get nervous now because there are just 59 days until halloween and then basically fall is over. i need to slow down and enjoy every second of it!
I'm seeing signs of Fall arriving already. Flocks of Canada Geese are flying South in formations already. Their V shape patterns are a sure sign that they are on the move to warmer climate. I'm getting chilly just thinking what comes after Fall.
I'm looking forward to the spectacular Fall colors but not the short daylight. I have too much to do.
