~BIG MISTAKE~

Big mistake...
Mistake number #1...I opened the bags of Halloween candy ...mistake #2... I have  stayed up way past my bedtime while indulging in mistake #1...(it's two minutes to midnight)...mistake #3... my choice of Friday night television...ghosts... paranormal...and zombies...will I ever learn...and now there is something making a chewing noise in my old red cupboard...I'll be sleeping with the covers over my head...that's if I sleep at all...

Glad to know that I am not the only one who makes those mistakes :)

:) :) Halloween candy is scrummy isn't it? But Halloween films are definitely not my thing!

I broke my long-time rule of NEVER buying Kit Kat bars for Halloween treats....think there are 3 left. Spooky movies are definitely a "no-no" when you live alone. Maybe, since it's Saturday, you can catch a little nap. Jan

I can totally relate.
Candy corn is my drug of choice.
Ghost Hunters, Dead Files & Ghost Adventures have been flickering on my screen every evening.
and ~ we have 3 um...'residents' that occasionally let us know that they are still here in this old farmhouse!

not skeered......

We did mistake #1 after a fun family dinner out with The Mama last night! OMG Mr. Pumpkin Face got roasted didn't he?!!!!!!!!! Enjoy your Fall Saturday. I bet something good is cooking at Dog Trot!

And all this happened because you ate too many Halloween candies, lol... It's that time of year when the little furry creatures are looking for a warm place to bring up their families.
Hope that you slept well after all that scary stuff.
Have a sweet weekend.
Hugs,
JB

I bought Halloween candy yesterday, I handed the bag to my son and said hide it where I don't know where it is. Now watching something scary well I bet I wouldn't be sleeping either. But by chance did you watch Grimm? My favorite show. I do hope you got to sleep.

LOL! Julie I'd say you have a bit of the Halloween spirit going on there! Enjoy those mistakes and maybe better set a mouse trap in that red cupboard! LOL!
Spooky hugs!!

Hahaha. Been there, done that. But so far, as of today I have NOT opened one single Halloween treat. It is a first for me. Now if I can just hold on a few more days ....
PS. Don't open the red cupboard. It's a gremlin ;)

I am guilty too. Last night it was after midnight before I turned out the lights.

love this post !!! I too opened my Halloween candy, and the bowl is dwindling down in size....oh well....I never watch scary shows....and as for furry creatures, I have been pretty scared most nights...I haven't heard anything yet, but, this is the first time in 35 years that I don't have a cat outside, and I am really scared I will pay for that!!

I listened to a radio ghost story in the truck tonight, the first one in years. It was not a scary one, but sort of sad and melancholy one. I make mistakes but do not watch them, uhum, only the first one!

Julie, I love to watch scary movies even though they scare me! We had a real live bat flying around in the house awhile back. Way too early for Halloween..Happy Tuesday..Judy
