PRIME REAL ESTATE AVAILABLE

One rental unit available at Dog Trot Farm.... Sorry, this unit is occupied ( notice one of my Buff's feathers nestled in among the Eastern Blue Bird's eggs.)
This unit has been spoken for as well....

Sorry, this one has been taken too....

However, this end unit is ready and waiting for the perfect tenants. Fine views, quiet neighborhood, lots of field and woods close at hand. A great place to raise a family- just ask the neighbors.

Stop on by and check it out, don't hesitate they go fast!

Oh! You are so lucky to have bluebirds!!! We just don't have the right habitat for them at Henbogle.
I am sure the bluebirds are happy in those lovely houses, did your DH make them?

BTW, I responded on my blog to your comment -- the wires are Slinkys. I've got a link to a post about them.

Julie - I didn't know you were a realtor, too! LOL How is Gladys doing? Do you still have her inside your home? Thanks for visiting my blog the other day. I've got to try and work on it a bit more, learn more how to use it. Take care, from Kathy in KY.

Oh My! Dog Trot is so lucky to have those blue bird boxes filled with blue birds!! CH put ours up this year and no blue birds but we do have some wrens and a chickadee-dee family. No house sparrows thankfully. Waaaay too may Phoebes hanging around, can't hear myself think with all that fee-beeing :)I can see why those blue birds moved into the neighborhood, great views and great landlords.

Lucky you! The feather must have been the final straw in the nest. lol!

We put up a couple BB houses but so far all we have is a pair of Wrens. There's a pair of BB's in our yard all the time though so I'm thinking they must be nesting close by.

We have a bird house like that and no one likes it ...

The only Blue birds are the Stellars Jays and they don't seem to be inclined to settle down at Pondside - too dark and wet for them, I guess. They prefer a nice sunny, dry wood!

We don't get BlueBirds here in the city but I surely miss watching them soar and play over the fields. I have resident mocking birds, Beau & Melody and I love the mourning doves, wrens and robins here. I'm sure the new place will be taken as it is in a most beautiful setting.
Take care,
Sallie

How beautiful! I love bluebird nests/eggs, they are just so perfect. We don't have them here. How wonderful that you have so many nesting in your boxes.
