~A NEW BEGINNING~

A New Beginning...
For last year's words belong to last year's language
And next year's words await another voice
And to make an end is to make a new beginning.
~T.S. Eliot~

Happy New Year everyone...It's a blustery winter day here in Maine, the old north wind is blowing, the snow swirling...but there is no where else I would rather be. "I suppose I am a Sparrow, a stay-at-home bird." Gladys Taber.
Have a lovely afternoon, Julie.

I love how pretty it looks! Happy New Year Julie! I wish you all the best in this new year.
You asked if my daughter got her dress? Yes she has, It is so pretty and she will look so pretty in it. She is going to wear a french birdcage veil. Which looks so pretty. So 50s is what she is going to have her wedding look like. Think Audrey Hepburn. The bridesmaid dresses look like how dresses looked in the 50s too so It will be so much fun. She has her own style which I am okay with. My last daughter so I am going to enjoy this, the next time anyone gets married it will be one of my three sons. Not quite ready for that yet.Since the youngest is 17 I can wait.
Have a nice day,

Happy New Year, Julie!

I love Gladys Tabor's books!

We have clouds, some wind & harder gusts, a bit of snow will come too up higher when the rain freezes a bit, but the temps remain in the mid 40's for most of the week to come.

Not a lot of snow here like you got but it is very cold (17 degrees right now) so I will be staying in until March :)
Then I can have my garage sale and work in the yard and start getting ready to move :)
Have a great 2013
