Wasn't it beautiful! It is the New Moon which only happens once a year. It is when it is the closest to the Earth.

I love that first shot of the leaves over the moon. I thought it was fantastic. You got good shots. I thought about taking pictures too, but I knew my camera wouldn't get a good night shot.
