~FAVORITE PHOTO~

Do you have a favorite photo from 2012? Here are two of mine. I captured this photo one mild March morning while looking out my living room window. A small grey squirrel had settled himself quite nicely while enjoying the remainder of sunflower seeds left in the bottom of a bird feeder...
As I watched...the little fella drifted off into a mid-winter slumber...
What wonders of nature you can find right outside your window?  All you have to so is look...

I think you would be hard pressed to ever beat this one for cuteness. It is so sweet to see that baby squirrel asleep with his little hands balled up in a fist. They are just so sweet.
You have some very cute baby pictures though.

Now that is one of the sweetest pictures I`ve ever seen, such a cute Squirrel drifting off to sleep in the feeder, thanks for sharing Julie......Keep Cozy Warm, Francine.

Is the squirrel actually sitting on the branch? If it is, that is one of the best balancing acts I have ever seen and to be able to maintain that posture while sleeping is amazing. Too cute with the tiny feet & paws curled up after enjoying a good meal at your place.

Wow, how often do you get to see a sleeping squirrel. I don't think I have ever seen one. We pretty much only have birds and squirrels in my backyard. Lots of cardinals and finches.
